Our Approach

Motion Collective brings together exercise, education, structured training system and professional biokinetic care within one integrated framework. From self-guided exercise programs to assessment-based interventions, individuals can access the level of support that best aligns with their current goals, preferences and stage of their movement journey.

About Anika Brink Biokineticist

Anika Brink is a qualified Biokineticist and she is registered with the HPCSA. She is passionate about helping people move well, stay active, and participate confidently in exercise and daily life. 

 

Through evidence-based exercise rehabilitation and movement-focused care, she works with individuals of all ages, including active individuals, sport participants, and those managing injuries or chronic health conditions.

Our Location

We are based at Hoërskool Noordheuwel in Krugersdorp, Gauteng, where our biokinetics practice operates within the school environment.


The practice is situated on the school grounds, providing a convenient and accessible location for learners, staff, and members of the public attending appointments. Consultations are conducted in a professional and private setting designed to support safe and individualised exercise rehabilitation.
