About Anika Brink
Anika Brink is a registered Biokineticist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) who is passionate about helping people move well, stay active, and participate confidently in physical activity. Her approach is centred on evidence-based exercise prescription, tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and circumstances.
Anika completed her degree in Biokinetics at North-West University before beginning her professional career in Cape Town. After gaining valuable clinical experience, she returned to her hometown of Krugersdorp to establish her own biokinetics practice and serve the community where she grew up.
She works with a wide range of individuals, including those recovering from injury or surgery, people managing chronic health conditions, active individuals, and sport participants. In addition to private practice, Anika also works within a high school environment, supporting sport learners through conditioning, injury management, and participation in physical activity.
Anika believes that exercise is a valuable component of health and wellbeing. Through personalised care, educational resources, and structured exercise programmes, she aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and guidance to participate in physical activity safely and confidently.
Her focus is on providing professional, patient-centred care in a welcoming environment, helping each individual work towards their personal movement and health goals through evidence-based exercise.
